Yes there are kiddies patterns there. I’m thinking workshops, projects, grandchildren ( NOT YET GIRLS I’M STILL TOO YOUNG).

Problem Patterns OR Pattern Problems

Lordie, lordie who knows.  Until GB Sewing Bee I was happily a closet haberdashery collector, grabber, hoarder.

Many goodies hidden in my knicker drawer, bottom of wardrobe in brown paper bags and even the loft! Then everyone started talking about sewing and before I knew it I had been OUTED by one I should have been able to trust ….. Daughter (the nosie one who knows where everything is in our house).

Oh Mum has one of them, a bag of those, a loft full of them so I’ve had to come clean.

Who says it’s a problem? Not me, I have lovliness stashed everywhere, really everywhere to the point I don’t actually know what I’ve got. It’s just a phase …40 years worth yes but NO not an addiction.

Oh, oh, oh did I show you what I bought yesterday for 50p each? NO!  How remiss of me, will post here …… a gal can never have too many patterns even if they don’t pertain to one’s life right now …. you never know :0)

Doobries Find A New Home!

SwapTastic !

My swap buddy has made me feel rather tardy and a bit of a novice. Her parcel arrived today and the attention to detail was awsome. Themed paper, card and sticky doobries! Now where would one get such doobries I wonder?

I share a blow by blow account in pictures of the lovliness of my parcel and send thanks to Jacq for her careful selection of treasures.

I already have assigned some of the notions to a project I’m about to start and will share when complete …. am hoping I can start a whole new movement in pinnies! What a great word PINNY … where do such gems of words come from?

Mmmm sounding a bit like a Police Officer now with all the questions …. note to self …find answers yourself, don’t be expecting others to fill in the many gaps in my head :0)
